>> The meeting went very well. It was very productive, everyone contributed in the meeting. I think that as a team we sort of evolved being the first time we got together and really discussed a project. I had to find a way to overcome the opposition from each individual. They were still very cohesive in terms of working with Samantha and they wanted to only give to Samantha rather than giving to me. So I had to find a way to address their individual strengths and find a way to bring some cohesiveness to the group. I believe that everyone has strengths and I think that in order to be a successful leader you have to listen to everyone and give them an opportunity. You have to be somewhat compassionate but not really giving and once you understand that there's a direction that you have to go and you're mandated to go that direction, somewhere down the road you got to let everyone know that they got to tow the line and I think this comes down to that and that's it but you've got to give everybody an opportunity to vent a little bit if you will and then just bring them back in and let them know hey this is the name of the game and these are the things we got to do and you know that's it. It was part of my strategy to be so calm because if they saw that I was being upset and then they would be they would probably close up rather than being able to express themselves and I didn't want them to close up so projecting a calm manner kind of gave them a feeling or the flexibility to be able to voice their concerns and thought rather than clamming up and just going along to get along. In order to win over the team loyalty and trust I have to allow Samantha to have some input into the decision making and that gives the team itself some comfort, as well as letting them know that I trust Samantha and I value her opinion as well. I think the team in the future is going to work out very well. As I said, they seem to understand one another work well and have worked well together in the past and I think going down the road with more leadership, taking them in in a different direction, understanding that you have to make changes in order to make progress, I think they're going to be a great team. I think the most effective leadership style is one that has a little compassion involved but also able to look each employee or everyone on the team straight in the eye and let them know what the expectations are and you know that's it, you know they've got the total eye, these are the expectations and there's no if and buts about it. So you've got to be firm, yet you've got to be a little bit compassionate too.
