>> Oh good morning. Glad to see all of you were at the meeting this morning. Looking bright eyed on this early 6:30 am meeting. Okay what I'd like to do is just to bring you guys up to speed in terms of why we're here this morning. Here are the things that have been set out for us to get done in order to return to profitability within the company. One we need to change the look and the feel of the website. Two we need to sell space on the website. And create a new ala carte approach. >> Sam, come on the look and the feel of the website we talked about this already. >> I know. >> How many times >> Listen guys we don't have a choice in the matter. We don't have a choice in whether or not these things get done. These are the things that we've got to get done. >> What was it we discussed though? >> It wasn't that across the board the clients didn't like the fact that we were advertising on the website. It cheapened the entire experience for them. >> Especially our older clients. >> Yeah. >> They don't want any changes. >> No, no, no I know and they're not comfortable having. >> Once again, once again as I mentioned these are we don't have an option to getting these things done. Okay the board of directors CEO, our investors are looking for us to reposition our brand and also to package our services to be more competitive in the marketplace. >> Well, then I think that the people in charge should be talking to Samantha because she's the one with the most experience. >> Absolutely, absolutely. >> And the one who knows how these plans could come into action. >> Well, that's why we're all here today, including Samantha. Samantha has a lot of good ideas she brings to the table but I want to talk about the things that have been more or less mandated that we get done and that is, as I said again, the look and feel of the website. >> But Samantha we had done all of the research in the first place did we ever talk to the Board of Directors about that? Was that something that was? >> Oh yeah we had several meetings, this isn't something that appeared out of thin air. It is something that took a lot of thought across the board. >> Well, well-traveled territory with us. >> You spent years on this. >> Okay well hang on hang on guys. Once again it's up to me to make sure that these things get done. I would like to sit here and spend a lot of time talking about the way things. >> You can't make changes with our existing clients. You're forgetting about them. >> Well we're not going to forget about our existing clients. All of the product changes and everything we're talking about doing. >> Samantha what have we done in the past when we've made changes? How did we keep our clients involved and keep them up to date? >> Actually, they were involved through the website that we had it set up. >> That's my point exactly. >> So let's improve on what we've got now instead of changing it. >> Let me just make one thing, let me just make one thing clear okay right now I am in charge here, I am the director of this company and this division. I appreciate Samantha. Samantha is very loyal, she's very bright and all of you bring stuff to the table but it is my responsibility to get these things done. We don't have an option so what we need to do at this point is to wrap our minds around the things that the board and the investors has asked us to get accomplished. >> I don't believe there's not an option. >> I agree with you. >> I agree too. >> Hang on we're not talking about. >> I want to see the research that's been done to prove that what we're doing right now >> Isn't working. >> isn't working, absolutely. >> Our company has been fruitful for years. >> Absolutely. >> Right and during a poor economy this is not the time we want to be implementing the changes you're talking about. >> Well, right now if we don't implement the changes that we're talking about it's you know it's possible we won't have jobs. >> Our numbers are not a reflection of what has been going on and what's been done in the past. It's a reflection of the economy. In general everyone across the board in different types of business are being affected by the economy. It's not because of what we're doing. >> And our fragile decline is so insignificant compared to most companies. >> Absolutely, and Samantha do you think that changing the website is going to I mean if the problems are based on the economy, certainly changing the website is not going to fix our problem here. >> Okay one of the things we're talked about Steve is not changing the website but modernizing the website. Right now we have to look at changing how it was navigated and re-arrange the page structure because right now we are >> With all due respect Sam do you think that the hot spots version is a much more dumbed down version of the website than the legal forum? >> I agree. >> It's not modernizing its stepping backwards. >> Exactly. >> I really think that our older clients are going to have a hard time with our new navigational system. >> Yes that's exactly what I was going to say. >> They won't understand it. They won't understand it. >> No and to change to a new system I think when we had the meeting a year ago we all agreed that the website needed to undergo some cosmetic changes. >> Exactly. >> Absolutely cosmetic changes are different than. Cosmetic is okay. >> The existing website is not modern enough. We have to make changes to what we have in order to keep up with the changes in the industry and we're not keeping up with changes in the industry. >> What we have has taken six years to implement. It has evolved into what it is based on what works. We've had trials and we've had error for six years. >> Samantha what it is isn't good enough because our current we've got to bring [inaudible]. What we have now is our existing clients aren't enough to pay the bills. >> I mean Lisa you had a point. >> Okay we've got to draw in new clients. >> We've got to draw in new clients? But why with the risk of losing our existing clients? >> No we've got to make changes that's going to build a business. >> We have a business. >> We've got bring in new clients and new clients when they look at what we have I'm not interested we don't have a choice in the matter, we're being told that what we have is not good enough. >> In the past when the board has come forward and said we need to make these changes you've done the research and we've gone forward and we said this is going to work, we think that's not going to work. >> Correct. >> We've gone back to the board and we've presented them with that and I think that's what you need to do in this case again. >> We're being told that this is what's going to be done. >> Once again in order to make the changes that we have we're going to have to do the research. I mean we're not just going to >> Well, talk to the woman who's done the research here. >> Well, we're going to have to do more research to get the things done that we're being mandated to get done. Once again Lisa understanding the things that we have to get done I need you to work as hard as you possibly can >> We've talked about >> and we've got to wrap our mind around getting these things done. As I said we don't it's not an option, we've got to. >> It's not an option at all? >> It's not an option >> Okay what do you want me to say now? >> Well, what I need for you to do is give me your ideas from a marketing perspective on how we can get these things done. >> Okay well I think I've stated my opinion already as we all have and I think that the best I could do is research them because I think that's I will research them. >> Okay that's what I want from you then. I want you to spend the time you have to spend researching all of the ideas that we've talked about and come back to us at our next meeting with a plan okay. Now Anthony from a sales force standpoint I need for you to have your team wrap their mind around everything that we've got to get done here. Now from where you sit what are you going to bring to the table? >> I'm not getting rid of my existing clients. >> We're not talking about getting rid of existing clients. >> That's what it sounds like to me. >> Anthony we're not going down that road, we're not getting rid of existing clients, we need to bring in new. >> We can't, we can't. >> He know how they're going to react. >> I know they're my clients I've had them for six to ten years. Samantha, I've had them for six to ten years I can't. > Okay what I'd like for you to look at is selling the space on the website to our business customers and our finance customers. Can you do that? >> Yeah. >> Okay great. Now from Steve what I'd like for you to is to look at everything that we're about to take on here and I want you to oversee these programs and make sure that everything stays on task. >> We can't just break apart our existing set up our existing products willie nilly here but I will if as I'm being forced to go forward and see about expanding some of our offerings. >> It's going to confuse a lot of people. >> If everybody does their part and you know once again Samantha you're in this thing, you've been around awhile, you understand what's going on, what I need you to do is to look at everything that we're going to take on from a finance point and come back with a plan that's going to get us to where we need to go. Okay? >> Fine, you want me to work on the financing. I don't understand what the point is with all of this, it makes no sense but hey you've heard how we all feel, we'll go with what the board says and we know what road it's going down, we're going to watch it fail and there's nothing we can do about it. >> If we all do our part and give this thing a hundred percent, it won't fail, it won't fail. You guys are too experienced; you have done great work to allow this thing to fail. >> Sam are you sure about this? >> I think we're in a position where there's nothing we can't do anything but follow what they're saying. Obviously, it's mandated, it's not that they're offering our opinion. >> There's no option. I've asked you and you've committed to the things that we have to get done. As a team we can get this done. So what I'd like to do now is meet back here in two weeks to look at all of the pieces and let's put it together and make it work. >> Two weeks. >> Two weeks.
