>> I think it went really, really well. You know, outsourcing is very difficult. I think there's a big cultural difference as far as deadlines go and communication. My strategy would be to be more current, to have more frequent meetings with them. I think that a lot of time was lost, and that's really how we got backtracked. I see my role as being a facilitator, a moderator, somebody to get them to express themselves, what their desires are, what their needs are, and communicate that between the two of them. Try to get from them what their needs are and get both of them to really listen to one another. I think that there was a lot of attitude flying, and I really had to keep them calm and let them know that I really appreciate their talents. Even though the meeting was a success, I still think that there's going to be issues that we're going to have to resolve continually until it's done. I really need to be more proactive, stay on top of it, you know, make those video conference calls more often, be more sensitive to their cultural differences, and just really stay a lot more involved because there is a huge difference. Try to be in their shoes, try to realize that, you know, it is very different than here and just be more sensitive, you know? And let them do what they need to do. And, you know, they're not here in America. And we really do do things differently.
